Job description

Our Human Resources department is looking for a super-efficient and highly organized individual to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who wants to be in a fast-paced role, who has extremely strong organisational skills, likes to be part of a team and wants to get an holistic understanding of how an HR team works in a bank. The role gives broad exposure to all areas of the bank, extensive interaction with employees from our international offices including Hamburg, London, New York and Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Human Resources department in particular Talent Acquisition and HR Management teams in daily administrative tasks;
  • Assisting in organisation and coordination of interviews across Europe, liaising with colleagues in Germany, UK, Paris, Belgium;
  • Management of Recruitment and Human Resources inbox and incoming queries;
  • Editing, formatting and posting job descriptions on various platforms;
  • Helping with candidate application management (screening CVs, collecting feedback, updating details within the ATS system and ensuring data integrity;
  • Creation and administration of contracts, offer letters, background checks (Hireright), collection of relevant ID documents;
  • Assistance in telephone interviews and in person interviews for internships and graduate programmes during peak season;
  • General administration such as processing invoices, filing of documents, maintaining employee files.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent MS Office Skills and excellent inbox/outlook management skills;
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative environment with a high degree of coordination is an advantage; within Recruitment is an advantage but not a necessity;
  • An outgoing and robust personality who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment;
  • Extremely strong organisational skills, and strong emotional intelligence and ability to prioritise workload;
  • Team player who is highly-organised and can remain calm and professional under pressure whilst maintaining strong attention to detail;
  • High attention to detail and quality of work;
  • Proactive and motivated to learn - this is a great training ground for somebody who wants to progress into a talent acquisition role if they would wish to do so.
