About Sir George Monoux College:

At Sir George Monoux Sixth Form College, we are determined to give students control of their future through the ability to learn and change today. We serve a diverse body of 1800 learners, aged 16-19. A high proportion of students go on to positive destinations, with more students going to a Higher Education and an increasing proportion going on to Russell Group universities.

About the role:

As a first point of contact within the HR team, you will support the provision of a high-quality service to the College. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive generalist HR support, which will include administration in the areas of recruitment, learning & development and payroll. You will also provide advice to staff regarding HR procedure and processes.

You should have experience of providing administrative support within a HR environment and experience of building effective working relationships with staff at all levels. You should also have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised. A CIPD qualification is desirable.
