Job description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Specialist who can successfully perform a variety of HR functions for Emotech. Your duties range from providing support to employees, hiring talents, overseeing the onboarding of new employees and training employees on the company's procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and induction training
  • Understand business strategy, consult with various teams to understand their HR needs and provide consistent HR advice and support
  • Establish the fundamental HR infrastructure and create standardised HR policies and procedures to support the business, including recruitment, training and development, performance management and employee relations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationship and communication with internal teams, candidates and third parties
  • Conduct employee document management, contract management, leave management and benefits administration
  • Manage the visa sponsorship process and ensure accurate processing of HR related documents

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HR/recruitment experience in relevant industry
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Good understanding of UK Employment Law and related policies
  • Have the ability to be self-motivated but also work well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about technology products
