We have all the challenges you'd find in any inner city area.Southwark Council is an Equal Opportunity Employer.The Role:Your role will be to provide analysis and interpretation of data extracted from various HR systems and other data sources and use your statistical skills to support organisational management information, the development of HR policy and strategy and respond to statutory reports, external and internal information requests.As part of your role you will deliver to the HR service appropriate and relevant training and coaching in use of systems, including the use of data available from these systems, helping build confidence and skills across the HR service in presenting and making sense of data.Along with HR colleagues and the wider organisation, plan the on-going development and improvement of the provision of HR IT services to Council, including participation and attendance at project groups, workshops, and seminars as required.On a day to day basis you will provide system support to the HR Service on all HR IT systems, supporting HR colleagues in effective use of these systems.In order to succeed in this role you will need excellent IT skills, advanced Excel skills, a head for numbers and data analysis skills. You will need to be numerate and possess highly effective written and oral communication skills to present information in a business friendly format.In your role, we want you to feel supported, challenged and rewarded.
