About the Role

35 Hours per week

You will work in the Infrastructure team designing, delivering, securing and support the St John Ambulance IT infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud-hosted) within agreed service levels with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

You will implement, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot St John server and desktop environment. This will encompass second line support to the Service Desk and St John staff through detailed incident analysis, effective communication and thoroughly documented quick fixes and resolutions, and proactive monitoring of IT infrastructure through automated alerts, mail messages, script outputs and alert dashboards.

Can be based at any manned SJA Office

About You

To be successful you will have a ITIL Foundation, experience with working with external suppliers and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and prioritise own workload.
