Are you an experienced 360 Recruiter looking for your next Internal Recruitment opportunity?

Handle are excited to be partnering with a rapidly scaling Technology Consultancy who are looking for a proactive Internal Recruiter to join their People team.

Within the People team, they focus on the effectiveness and development of their people so that they are able to thrive at work and ensure their company's infrastructure runs effectively.

They embody the company's culture, vision & values and they reinforce those values at all times.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team within a scaling Tech start-up and really make a positive impact on the People function and business.

This role will be recruiting for all non-tech roles such as;
- internal talent, marketing, finance and all other head office functions.

Alongside delivery, you will have the opportunity to work on the recruitment strategy, projects and bring new ideas and initiatives to the table.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years 360 recruitment experience, they are open to candidates from either an agency or in house background. You will need to be a people person, have excellent stakeholder management and enjoy delivery.
