The Role

Our Payroll team is expanding to support the growing needs of our people and business and we are looking for an International Payroll Specialist to join us. You will play an integral role in helping us to build a strong global payroll function in order to support our employees from all current and future markets.

We are a fast growing global company, so we are looking for someone who can be hands on and happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as be a strong contributor within our internal payroll team and with stakeholders. Interpersonal skills, good communication and the proven ability to work accurately with tight deadlines and a strong focus on results are a must.

Our office is located in London, however remote working options are available for candidates across the UK.

Key responsibilities
* Support payroll extensions to new countries, helping with payroll implementation (outsourced) as well as social security and insurances set-up
* Handle end-to-end payroll for your portfolio, including but not limited to processing new hires, absences, changes and terminations
* Collect payroll information and provide monthly payroll instructions to our payroll providers in accordance with our SOP
* Responsible for the timely payment of salaries and filing of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, pension and social insurance contributions or internal payroll accounting files
* Support on immigration/right to work checks
* Perform periodic control and analysis for payroll data accuracy, absence/leaves and right to work
* Act as the primary contact of employees for day-to-day payroll questions and issues for your Portfolio
* Maintain payroll processes to ensure alignment with legislation and adapt to policy changes
* Constantly seek out ways to improve systems and processes
* Address areas for improvement through process redesigning, testing, training and communications
* Use your ideas to run your own projects and have fun!

Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years international payroll experience
* Experience with Workday is a plus
* Technology savvy and curious professional
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
* Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details
* A team player who is able to collaborate across the wider business
* Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times
