We are working with a leading European private equity firm established almost two decades ago. The team have raised several successful funds to date and are in the process of going to market again in the near future making it an exciting time to join.

With an upcoming fundraise and growing investor base, the team are seeking an additional member. This is a highly regarded, technical and entrepreneurial investor relations team offering excellent exposure and a chance for you to kick start your career in IR. You will work directly with both the IR Partner and Director and have regular interactions with various internal stakeholders across the deals, legal and finance and operations teams. This role would be well suited to an outgoing, hardworking individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update all investor documentation including pitch decks, AGM materials, DDQs and RFPs
• Support the launch of future funds - setting up AGMs and other investor events, mapping the LP landscape, setting up data rooms and carrying out investor due diligence
• Regularly work with PowerPoint and Excel producing reports and pulling data to collate in quarterly reporting
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with various internal teams including investment, legal and finance and operations
• Manage the responses to existing and prospective investor requests

YOUR PROFILE:

• Excellent academic record with experience in either M&A or capital markets teams from within an investment bank OR transaction services / corporate finance experience from within a BIG 4 environment
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in investor relations is essential along with a basic understanding of private markets as a minimum
• Flawless verbal and written communication skills with an ability to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to read and work with financial models as you will work closely with the deals team
• Proactive, resilient and organised
