Job description

IT Service Desk Analyst required to join a leading media and technology law firm based in Soho. They offer a relaxed working environment with no dress code and an attractive package including a salary of up to £30k, 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays), private medical insurance and discretionary bonus'. The Service Desk Analyst will be required to provide day-to-day IT support to all staff as the first point of contact for all IT issues.

IT Service Desk Analyst Essential technical skills:

  • Strong IT Infrastructure Services and user admin
  • Microsoft 365 in particular MS word and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware
  • Document formatting.
  • Good knowledge of smartphone tech and MDM

IT Service Desk Analyst Desirable technical skills:

  • Legal applications including iManage, Work/FileSite, Digital dictation and time recording
  • Good knowledge of remote access systems in particular Always on VPN
  • ITIL Foundation

IT Service Desk Analyst Essential soft skills:

  • Strong customer service
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Confidence to speak with staff at all levels within the business
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks within fast paced and technical environment
