Job description

*The Role*

We are recruiting two IT Services Team Leads to join our London office. Each Team Lead will lead a team of Desktop Support Technicians, responsible for providing a first class service to all internal stakeholders across all Frontiers offices globally.

No two days are the same; you will need to be dynamic, solution focused and proactive in your approach to your work with a collaborative leadership style suited to a fast paced environment driven by innovation.

The team have responsibility for all aspects of provisioning, installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software and your responsibilities will include:

* Line managing a team of Desktop Support Technicians; coordinating work between the team, coaching, mentoring and acting as a point of escalation.
* Planning, forecasting and procuring resources according to business need and overseeing the IT asset management inventory.
* Leading by example and providing hands on support covering the employee life cycle along with resolving 1st and 2nd line queries as they arise from the wider Frontiers team.
* Owning documentation and Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining the IT Services Knowledge base.

Our office is based in London, it is expected you will need to be in the office 2/3 days a week with working from home an option for the remainder of the week. The role reports to our IT Network and Services Manager.

*About you: *
* You have proven leadership qualities and line management experience within IT Support Services
* You have experience of providing level 1 and 2 technical support and using IT support ticket management systems (Zendesk, JIRA) .
* You are collaborative in your approach to work with great interpersonal skills and the ability to foster good working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* You are flexible, solution focused and adept at trouble shooting complex issues
* You are invested in your personal development, with a willingness to learn, grow and share new skills and knowledge with the team.
