Junior AnalystBrentfordFull-TimeSalary: £28,000 per annumWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pmHolidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years' serviceWe have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst to join our growing HR team, support with the development of new dashboards and grow with us.This newly created role will require you to be self-motivated & passionate, analytical and data driven. Roles & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the C&B Manager and working closely with the HR Director, the Junior Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of data analysis, creation of KPI dashboards for all HR services such as Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, employee engagement, and Employee Relations.Key Tasks:Contribute substantively to the development of dashboards/reports in Power BIMobilise your data analytics experience to design data-driven solutions to support the evaluation, development, and implementation of strategic recommendationsConduct data cleaning and quality audits to validate that the data collected is accurateRegularly collect and structure data - combining information from different sourcesPrepare meaningful reports and perform other monitoring and evaluation tasks as needed.Ideal CandidateYou will be a great fit as Junior Analyst at Verisure if you are a dedicated, motivated & enthusiastic individual with experience in using data, analysis and experienced in Power BI.Key Attributes:Experience building Power BI dashboards and reportsGood numeracy and analytical skills, together with excellent Excel skillsPowerpoint proficiency would be a plus but not essentialYou're self-motivating and results focused with a desire for continuous improvementExcellent relationship skillsAbility to use data analysis and visualisations to identify and communicate insightsAbility to communicate verbally and in writing to a high standardCollaborative skills and ability to work independentlyPassion for tackling challenges, and dedication to affecting meaningful changeVerisure Career OpportunitiesA career with Verisure offers far more than just a job.
