KS1 Class Teacher Specification

The ideal candidate will be a passionate KS1 Teacher who has at least 1 years' experience as a KS1 Teacher, and a never say die attitude to every task given to them. You must possess an infectious personality which will ensure that your pupils are fully engaged at all times and they actively participate.

About the KS1 Teacher Role

This KS1 Teacher position involves teaching an eager-to-learn class of 30 Year 2 pupils and you will be moving into an exciting, dynamic department. In this post you will have the opportunity to take on an additional Phase Leader role and as class teacher will keep your lessons modern and relevant, using interactive play areas. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be supported by a full-time TA and The SLT will openly encourage your unique approach.

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
