Partner with the best

The Lead Strategic Marketing Specialist is a key role in Digital Solutions' HQ Marketing team, being the champion for the business' long-term strategy and critical growth initiatives. You will be responsible for the company's strategic planning process, including the business support, during strategy execution.

As Lead Strategic Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting HQ's strategic marketing team in key activities around market intelligence, competitive intelligence, customer intelligence & data analytics, and value proposition.
  • Supporting and providing the contents relevant for the Growth Strategy Plan (GSP) and annual operating plan with a sound business strategy based on market trends and competitive environment.
  • Leading market intelligence around macroeconomics, top 20 end-markets, and key technologies - provide market dynamics, trends, size (TAM/SAS), opportunities and risks to the business.
  • Leading yearly market size (SAS) review process, in coordination with regions and business units.
  • Leading competitive intelligence around top 10-15 competitors and supporting business units in developing their own intelligence while encouraging adoption of new intel online platform.
  • Supporting business units in developing business plans and entry strategies for new product introductions (NPIs) in existing and adjacencies markets as well as new white spaces.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
  • Have proven experience in a similar role.
  • Possess effective and professional verbal and written communication skills - both with internal and external customers.
  • Possess IT skills including MS Office and Outlook (SFDC a plus).
