We are looking for a Learning Consultant - Digital and ICT to join the team. The Learning Consultant will support our digital evolution from a learning perspective, and embed a new learning model, governance and ways of working across the ICT function to drive learning credibility, elevate people capability and deliver business value.
This role will be remote.
- Design, develop and where relevant deliver global learning solutions to support Kerry's digital ambition in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
- Build strong Functional relationships within relevant Function(s) and with relevant Digital and ICT Business Partners & Change Leads by engaging, communicating and influencing across all levels of leadership
- Lead learning & performance needs analysis activities for all Digital and ICT areas, in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Leads and Functional leads, to determine the scale and scope of skills & capability needed to drive the business strategy
- Lead design and development activities to meet learning and performance needs, in partnership with Functional Subject Matter Experts, Learning colleagues and where relevant third-party partners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions in achieving capability development performance improvement and overall contribution to business impact and value, using recognised learning evaluation models
- Research and identifies external learning and development trends, technologies, methodologies and ways of working which are appropriate and relevant to Kerry, and acts as an early adopter of these where appropriate
- Govern spend on learning and development and implements good governance and budget management over this spend.
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development/Training/Education, or a related field.
- 4+ years in a similar role having engaged and influenced senior manager and leader stakeholder groups, with progressive responsibility and measurable success in learning and development including at least 12 months leading strategies at an enterprise level, working globally, within a fast-paced, highly matrixed, multi-functional environment.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives from a learning perspective.
- An effective communicator, relationship builder and programme manager, with the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams.
- Experience of the full learning and development cycle from diagnosis through to evaluation.
- Experience of working with global stakeholders and has an appreciation of cultural difference.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation and can influence outcomes.
- Experience of using learning technology, and virtual tools (webinar platforms) to enhance the employee experience.
