Your new company
This independent organisation are a leader in biomedicine research. They work with a number of medical charities/non-profit organisations to facilitate are variety of biology-related leading research programmes.

Your new role
Working as part of the Organisational Development team, your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing administrative support for an annual calendar of training, induction, and career development programmes
* Liaise closely with internal and external training providers
* Assist with the internal promotion of all L&D activities
* Full administrative support for the delivery of training and workshops, including designing and maintaining necessary materials for various programmes

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the position you will have:

* Experience working with databases or HR Systems (such as Workday)
* Exceptional organisation skills and time management
* Great stakeholder management, being able to build rapport with senior team members quickly
* Available to start asap
