Legacy Partnerships Team Leader
Salary: £37 - 42000 per annum
Contract Length: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (Part time 4 days per week/compressed hours considered)
Location: Home based - some national travel required, dependent on business need.

Why we need you?
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Legacy Giving Product Team, for a positive, resilient and ambitious individual to lead the development and implementation of our professional audiences strategy, supporting our vision to build sector leading partnerships.
What will I be doing?
As well as leading on the strategy for this specific area of Legacy Giving, you will also manage 7 Legacy Partnership Managers, who work divisionally across the country. These relationship managers work closely with professional audiences such as solicitors to ensure Legacy Giving for CRUK remains a focus and priority. You will manager, support and inspire the team to meet Legacy objectives and KPIs. You could already be working in a legacy focused role within another charity or work in a corporate environment as a Corporate Partnerships Manager.

Make an impact every day by:
Working collaboratively with legacy colleagues, develop, plan and oversee the delivery of the professional partnership engagement strategy
Support the Performance Manager in monitoring and reporting on the growth and engagement of our professional network
Work as part of cross-functional team to maintain our market share by developing a community of best practice.
Manage and motivate a team of Legacy Partnership Managers to enhance professional partner engagement activity and building on these relationships, where appropriate, to complement the legacy giving product strategies
Ensure close working relationships with other Legacy Professional Team Managers, sharing best practice, performance updates and reports
Encourage a culture of empowerment, building a community of best practice across the team
What skills are you looking for?
You'll be able to bring to the role:
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to quickly get buy in and work collaboratively
Experience of managing and motivating a large team
Problem solving skills. Ability to overcome issues, propose solutions and make sound commercial decisions
A flexible approach, to comfortably manage ambiguity and changing environments/contexts
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, creating connections to make great things happen.
