Job description

Are you available immediately and looking for an exciting role as a Research Contracts Manager? I am currently recruiting for a locum Research Contracts Manager to join a well regarded university in London.

The locum Research Contracts Manager will be responsible for the drafting, co-ordinating, reviewing and negotiating research and research related agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for various different contract types, such as research funding agreements, clinical trial agreements, collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements and material transfer agreements.

Main responsibilities and duties:

The drafting, co-ordinating, reviewing and negotiating research and research related contracts
Supporting the Enterprise & Innovation contracts
Developing contracts policies and procedures and maintain an understanding of relevant issues

The ideal candidate would preferably have experience of clinical trials requirements, insofar as they relate to contracts, and will ideally have experience of working in a University.

As this is potentially a short term contract to cover sick leave, the position will suit someone who is available immediately and able to work for 1 month or more. The University is based in London but the role is 100% home working, so the successful candidate does not need to be London based.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great University and get involved in some really interesting contracts work.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Rayhaneh Tehrani in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
