Job description
Within our Enterprise Risk Architecture (ERA)-our transversal stream within RISK focussed on risk analytics, modelling, and industrialisation-RISK ERA Systems (RS) focusses on risk methodologies implementation and related system aspects. The RS team contributes to the definition of the group's risk appetite, risk decision making process, and the optimization of capital allocation to support the development of the Operating Divisions.
Overall, RISK is a fully independent function whose mission is to advise the bank's top management on risk appetite and risk anticipation. We provide fast, reliable information about risk profile and offer high quality risk measurement/quantification and risk management expertise to the group's stakeholders. What you'll get to do
Work as a User Services Analyst on the RISK ERA Systems Operations team (part of RISK ERA Systems) to provide clients with a range of production and support services related to both Market and Counterparty risks. Here are some other things you'll be doing in the role:
- Ensure all production is delivered and signed off based on service levels and agreed data quality framework in place
- Assist users in their day-to-day queries to support their daily process and fix any underlying issues linked to system or data
- Analyse risk data quality and remediate data issues
- Risk controls and certification
- Assist with production for Market and Counterparty Risk
- Build tools used for data analysis, data controls, monitoring, and reporting
- Continuous improvement of our services, day-to-day activities, and strategic risk management

- Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and work autonomously
- Capable of participating in large strategic projects
- Interest in and willingness to learn more in Market and Counterparty Risk
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Power BI and VBA
- Coding/automation skills to automate some processes
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French an advantage)
- Be a role model, supporting and fostering a culture of good conduct
- Demonstrate proactivity, transparency, and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks
- Consider the implications of your actions on colleagues
