What you'll get to do

Work with a team that is globally accountable for the definition of official risk policies, guidelines, and procedures, as well as the quantification and monitoring of risks taken by the various business lines, to ensure alignment with risk appetite and policies.

As a project manager within the Enterprise Risk Management Division (ERM), you'll be a part of Enterprise Risk Architecture (ERA), a transversal stream within RISK focussed on risk analytics, modelling, and industrialisation. Here are some of the things you'll be able to do in this role:

• Foster coherence and consistency across the group for risk reporting, stress testing, and portfolio risk analysis
• Further develop risk analytics, modelling, and back testing capabilities
• Drive changes in our organisation (using Agile & Lean methodologies)
• Perform initial analyses to structure projects
• Analyse project data and work with project managers to improve project data quality and processes
• Apply best practice and governance
