Job description

An Apple MAC & Windows Desktop Engineer with experience with G-suite ( Google Apps) is required to work 5 days a week in Central London for a global tech firm to provide IT support in a growing team to support the continued growth of the company.

They boast a dynamic distributed workforce that stretches the globe and uses primarily Apple devices with a mix of Windows and Linux laptops as well as various mobile devices. A wide range of SaaS solutions, that constantly evolve, help improve productivity and you'll be at the forefront of supporting the user IT needs to ensure they are contributing to the company's mission.

As this is office based, candidates who are fully vaccinated would be preferred.

Working Hours: 8am-5pm at the Office in London.

Skills:

• Extensive Mac OSX experience using JAMF to configure, deploy, manage software and devices is a must
• Engineers who are Apple certified, JAMF/JAMF Pro certified would be advantageous
• Windows operating system support
• Extensive experience supporting G-suite is a must
• Experience using JIRA would be highly advantageous
• Any experience supporting Executives, VIPs or a White glove type service would be highly advantageous as excellent customer service is essential for this position
