To build on the success of our field based Account Management team in the UK, we are hiring a Manager of Field Sales that will be chartered with leading, developing, and further scaling the team in conjunction with the Head of Dealer Relations.

The Manager of Field Sales will be responsible for leading, mentoring and growing a team of 4 National Field Account Managers, focused on renewing our high net worth clients along with product penetration and churn targets. The role will involve ownership of hiring team members to support the growth of the business, as well as responsibility for consistent achievement of monthly revenue numbers.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced enterprise sales and account management environment with high growth and product sales targets.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Head of Dealer Relations, you'll lead a growing team of up to 4 National Field Account Managers.
Working cross-functionally with other departments to communicate the needs of our largest customers and their product requirements
Leading through metrics: both for reporting business results and directing coaching and training efforts
Implementing optimal organisation, process, and tactics to maximise close rates and revenue from each account managers book of business and minimising churn.
Effectively communicate, formally and informally, up and down the organisation
Actively participating in high-value sales calls, and mentoring performance in the moment
Be responsible for commercial decisions relating to our largest and most important customers in an enterprise sales cycle.
Demonstrating an outstanding understanding of how to motivate a field based sales team and achieve a consistent level of intensity and focus.

Who You Are:

You'll hold a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or another related discipline
You'll come with 3+ years management experience of B2B field sales teams, ideally related to SaaS or subscription-based products
You'll have a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, methodology & account management
You have a track record of success and achievement in Sales and other pursuits
Your experience selling software-as-a-service or other internet/technology subscriptions is a strong plus
You'll be an effective user of technology tools, including CRM, to improve sales performance
You're an ambitious sales leader committed to the development and success of his/her team
Your customer-management ability fosters highly-satisfied dealer and partner relationships
