The Saleforce.com Manager, Solutions Architecture manages a team of Solution Architects who are helping customers to analyse their current architecture, define their target and develop a roadmap to implement our leading Bank Operating System built on Salesforce. You will serve as an escalation point for the team you're managing and make timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints and risks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, leadership and management of individual nCino Solution Architects. Lend guidance and technical expertise as your team members implement nCino at some of the largest Financial Institutions in the World.
- Promotes and builds team continuity and cohesiveness; aligns shared goals; shares wins and successes.
- Provide domain level knowledge of how nCino is implemented across our customer base.
- Help internal and external stakeholders understand how to deploy nCino as quickly as possible while managing multiple dependencies and integrations across the business.
- Advocate and escalate Customer issues to our Product and Development Group. Work with Product Managers to help communicate how nCino features need to evolve in the enterprise space
- Assist our Partner Alliance Team in training, education and deployment of the nCino Platform
- Occasionally provide pre-sales support for prospects in the enterprise space
- Analyse the current and future state data, technical, application and business architecture needed, verify and modify recommended implementation plan based on customer input and existing/inflight customer projects
- Following final solution architecture delivery recommendation by the nCino team, assist in design and troubleshooting during implementation in order to ensure final architecture meets client business needs and maintains alignment with nCino core product development direction
- Assist in future communication, training structure, etc. to establish repeatable process for onboarding additional Solution Architects. Train on methodology including streamlining, simplification and automation of tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- A minimum of 1+ year(s) of solid management experience for direct reports
- 6+ years' experience with Salesforce.com architecture experience or combination of relevant experience, education, & superior performance
- Salesforce.com Developer 401 and Administrator 201 certifications
- Large FI experience, particularly with the Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework
- Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions
- Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods
- Passion to deliver the highquality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do
Travel Requirements
- Position requires up to 50% travel. Candidate must be willing to travel as needed in order to accomplish required team goals and continue to foster team cohesiveness
