Job description
As a member of our Specialised and Asset Finance division, you will work directly with business stakeholders and leaders across the region to ensure we are telling our story in a way that builds external and internal awareness of our financial solutions, services, and experience.
Working as part of a small but global team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering commercial and corporate communications that are engaging and consistent. Embedded in the division, your goal will be to work closely with transaction teams, to create the most up-to-date and compelling resources possible.
Reporting to the Global Marketing and Communications Lead within Specialised and Asset Finance's COO function, you'll have the opportunity to work with all levels of people across our business. To succeed in the role, building strong and collaborative relationships with our Business Development, Operations and Creative Services teams will be essential.
This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to bring your ideas and contribute to our global marketing and communication strategy for the division. If you are an experienced and self-motivated Marketing and Communications Manager, with a track record of developing and delivering impactful projects, this role is for you!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing external and internal marketing and communication work for the Specialised and Asset Finance division across EMEA
- Working closely with industry heads and regional counterparts to deliver projects such as marketing plans, conferences, client pitches, and credentials documents
- Effectively engaging with our Creative Services team to co-create business development materials
- Leading activities including providing direct marketing, pitch, and credential development support to the Specialised and Asset Finance division
- Being able to monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities
Working closely with colleagues in EMEA, the Americas and Australia, you will be comfortable driving multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, taking satisfaction in producing high-quality communications. Possessing an impressive ability to simplify and describe sometimes complex financial transactions into impactful materials and visuals is key.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years of business to business (B2B) marketing/communications experience in financial services or professional services
- Experience managing the end-to-end design, creation and delivery of direct marketing and communication campaigns
- A background in using multiple communications channels to deliver compelling campaigns (such as written and video content, digital, client pitch books, presentations, credentials documents and events)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills required
- Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills desirable.
