Job description

Job Overview:

This role is key to support our eCommerce sites and ensure new and existing products are quickly, accurately and efficiently set-up and uploaded on all our digital channels including websites, social media and market places.

Part of the Ecommerce team your role will be to prioritise and deliver projects which will include product creation and social media activation through to website merchandising.

You may be required from time to time to write copy, modify design assets or produce artwork to support the design team in optimising the website content.

Job Role:

Reach out to suppliers to request product information and assets e.

g. Products description and images
Create product copy where necessary in line with companys guidelines.
Use Adobe Photoshop to edit supplier images following the brands and website graphic guidelines
Liaise with the buying\/purchasing team to determine timelines of when new stock is arriving into the warehouse and prioritise what products need to be created to certain timelines.

Use excel to create product imports to upload to Shopify\/Magento to create new product lines
Review current stock levels of newly created products on OrderWise and update the inventory on Shopify\/Magento accordingly
Supporting with merchandising the website and our social channels to optimise product placement and revenue opportunities in line with the buying teams recommendations.

Supporting the design team with occasional artwork \/ design project to create or improve content for the websites
Supporting the social media team with assets and copy for posts and stories
General website administrative tasks and reports
Skills Required:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of digital tools and in particular Excel general data input and Vlookups
Good design skills and experience in artworking
Fast learner with a capacity to work independently
Analytically minded
