Come and champion consumers with us - it's important work.About the roleAs our Senior CRM Executive, you'll be a key member of our CRM team. You'll work closely with the CRM Manager to plan and implement email-focused marketing activity to improve our delivery against retention and income targets across our products.You'll be our resident email campaign expert, taking charge from concept to completion - including testing and delivery across a number of our teams. You'll be in charge of evaluating the resulting data, and with the support of the Customer Insight team, informing insights that'll shape your next campaign optimisation. You'll play a key part in developing our new member engagement programme, working with our creative team to drive retention as we focus on super-serving our members.Other responsibilities will include:Ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing customer journeys through regular reviews and test & learn activity.Working with the CRM Manager to scope and build key automated CRM journeys.Championing CRM, driving forward triggered and timed email campaigns and expanding these programmes into other channels.Being the voice of email, encouraging best practice and sharing learnings across the organisation.Supporting the CRM Manager & key stakeholders to develop core Which? products & propositions, ensuring that they meet existing & potential customer needs.Being responsible for tracking the commercial performance of individual CRM marketing activity.Delivering the Which? brand within all relevant CRM marketing activity.Playing a key role within the CRM and broader Marketing team.Developing relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and other third parties.About youWe're looking for a pro-active and commercially savvy Senior CRM Executive, who is passionate about Which? and our exciting journey.You will have extensive experience working with ESPs, with experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in particular.You'll have excellent communication skills, good analytical skills and be able to interpret data analysis effectively to meet business needs.Offline marketing experience would be a distinct advantage.Self-starter to be relied upon in delivering agreed resultsAbility to work effectively in a teamWhat we'll give you in returnCompetitive salary plus a generous 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays).Shift Pattern: 35 hour weekHybrid working 5-8 days in the officeHealthcare insurancePrivate medical insurance and opportunity to participate in Vitality rewards programme - at 6 monthsFree life assurance cover (worth at least 4x your annual salary)Award-winning pension scheme of 6% with 11% after your first yearFlexible workingFree access to Which? member contentFree access to Which? money and legal helplinesAbout the Which? way of lifeWe want you to do great work and enjoy it in a workplace that respects and empowers you.
