As Marketing Manager you will develop and articulate our campaigns through developing digital and traditional media focused on ending poverty. At the heart of all our messaging will be our passion for dignity, equality and justice. We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who can take forward our current level of social media output and help further craft our approach to message.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop digital content for fundraising campaigns
Develop digital and traditional marketing material
Manage website and social media outputs
Develop and deliver communications strategy

Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):

Engaging communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience of website and social media accounts management
Experience of design tools such as Canva
Experience of creating film content for social media

Desirable knowledge/expertise

Experience of working with disadvantaged groups
Lived experience of issues faced by Pecan service users
Experience of working with volunteers
Experience of developing campaigns in the voluntary sector
