At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Marketing Manager, your main duties will include: · To develop and execute an annual strategic PR and Marketing plan as an integral part of the Hotel's Sales & Marketing plan. · To prepare, obtain approval and control the Marketing Expenditure budget. · To develop and execute innovative PR and publicity programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the Hotel, its restaurants, services and personnel. Programs should address specific needs as outlined in the marketing plan and capitalise on unexpected opportunities as they arise. · Assist Sales Manager - E commerce, to develop and execute an e-commerce marketing plan that drives business to the hotel through all relevant marketing segments. · To maintain the hotel website in terms of search engine optimisation, managing third party hosting company, maintaining all current and relevant information on the site including strategic e-marketing initiatives communicated to all relevant departments with appropriate return on investment figures to back up each e-marketing initiative. · To maximise opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research of media requirements and be sensitive to all aspects of the hospitality industry which could be translated into publicity As a Marketing Manager, you will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than 40 hours in each week.
