Job description

- Candidate will lead multiple teams of engineers/architects who architects
- Enterprise Mobility Management solutions based on a range of foundation technologies and leading products
- Candidate will be instrumental in developing BYOD/COPE strategies, polices and operationalizing enterprise mobility for customers
- Candidate will require deep domain knowledge of technologies underlying Enterprise Mobility Management solutions such as Device Management, Application Management, Mobile application engineering, Reporting and analytics and adjacent technologies
- Candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all Enterprise Mobility Management solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed
- Candidate will have a foundation in competing and complementary technologies and be able to demonstrate a proficiency of the following:
o Citrix XenMobile, NetScaler, and its solution components
o Microsoft EMS (Intune) and integral Mobility solutions
o Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
o Mobile Operating Systems such as iOS, Android, Windows
o Mobile threat protection technologies, and concepts
o Microsoft Productivity Apps, Line of Business Apps and Vendor Apps - Onboarding, Performance and UX management
o Analytics and Reporting using various tools in the market
- Ability to convert business requirements in to a successful architectures
- Candidate will work on cutting-edge projects in a highly technical, dynamic, and fast-paced organization; as well as be able to discuss, recommend, and defend approaches to complex problems based on prior experience
- Candidate needs ability to be able to translate technical solutions into presentations and proposals that can be presented to IT leadership in language that they understand
- Candidate needs to understand the end to end product ownership concepts and have an alert customer focus when solutioning and looking ahead on road mapped technologies and solutions

Skills Required:
Technical:
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) technology and service ecosystem
- Expertise in designing, deployment and operationalization of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions Citrix XenMobile, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One
- In-depth hands on experience in leading mobile platform OS - Android, iOS, Teams Phones, Surface Hubs
- Hands on experience working with Microsoft Productivity applications, Line of business applications and SaaS apps
- Ability to create detailed conceptual, logical and physical architectures
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and various services
- Knowledge and experience working in an ITIL driven environment
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and infrastructure management operations
- Knowledge of any Scripting languages such as VBScript, Shell script, Windows PowerShell will be a plus

Non-Technical
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a group of senior technical/management teams
- Strong written and oral English language skills
- Ability conceptualize solutions and communicate them effectively to internal teams and customers
- Ability to be concise, articulate, and assertive in all forms of communication
- Ability to define project plans, execute and manage ongoing risks and communications through life cycle effectively.
