ENGIE are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in Holborn, London. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week.What will you deliver?Carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks across the estate ensuring minimal disruption to client activity.Fault finding on mechanical and electrical plant and providing the correct solutions in a timely manner.Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required.What can we offer you?On offer is a competitive salary, car or car allowance, bonus and benefits package, which includes;Pension Scheme24 days annual leave (+ public holidays)Life Cover equivalent to 1 times annual salary24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing appEmployee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailersGym membership discountsCycle to work schemeBroad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmesQualificationsWho are we looking for?A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.F-Gas certification essential.The ability to fault find and diagnose and rectify Mechanical & Electrical maintenance faults.The successful Engineer will also be required to have a good working and maintenance knowledge of- Air Handling Units, Pumps, Water Treatment, Building Management Systems and Electrical systems.Must hold a full UK driving licence.Who are we?ENGIE is a key provider of energy, services and regeneration in the UK & Ireland.
