You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.

MHC are hiring a Cyber Security Network Traffic Analysis SME for a project we are managing for a Tier 1 Bank. (London/Remote).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform network traffic analysis & based on that write Firewall rules in Illumio (to allow service to service traffic, Privilege access traffic related rules)

Manage Firewall rule changes to align with service changes (Evergreening, New Interface etc.)

Enable Firewall Rule Enforcement on a service by service basis on weekends (During Service Maintaninance window)

Add network traffic rules for flow data that has not been seen eg DR Servers

Identify India (Global) Common Services & write respective Firewall rules

Export Firewall reports and walkthrough Firewall rules to ITSO (IT Service Owner) & ITSO Delegate to support Sign off on Final Firewall rules

Support any technical queries (through Call, Emails, chat) from ITSO & Delegates to have accurate Firewall rule for in scope service.

Monitor & update Local common services rules

Support Deployment of Illumio VENs & perform log analysis if any failure in install. Support the fix (through Scripting or any other mechanism)

Identify surrounding services (Inbound and Outbound traffic for in scope services) scope, support query from Surrounding Service ITSO to finalize rule set for surrounding services & write appropriate rules

Technical Skill Set Required:

Sound knowledge and hands on technical experience on:

Infrastructure Management (Networks, Windows & Linux Server Management, Network Topology, Firewalls)

Illumio (Desirable)

Knowledge of Firewall rules (Desirable)
