Job description

Niche Central London consultancy requires a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to join one of its teams as continues to expand - currently with 35 staff.

Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have gained good design and project-running skills in UK consultancy. They should be technically strong but also with the ability to dialogue with external consultants and clients. Additionally, they should have gained good skills in large RC-framed developments.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments with a current bias towards residential construction with project values up to £100million. The placed candidate will be used initially to design and manage a large new-build residential development on a "design & build" contract.

Top base salary and benefits combined with the chance to work for a medium-sized niche London consultancy on challenging projects in a relaxed design studio with scope to work from home 2 days/week.
