Office & Finance Administrator

30,000 - 35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a global cultural insights and strategy consultancy with offices globally.

The Office & Finance Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office which includes organising people, information and other resources. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join the central function team and really make this role their own as we go through a period of exciting growth and development.

Office Management:

Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
Continually developing, implementing and improving administrative systems
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging any necessary repairs
Organising meetings with staff and clients
Supporting with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policies
Answering the phone and redirecting enquiries
Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they're observed
Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
Organising, ordering and issuing equipment for new starters;
from laptops to ID passes
Setting up the accounts for new starters Finance Admin duties
Working closely with the Financial Controller
Finance Admin Duties:

Working closely with the Financial Controller
Providing back-office support with accounts payable & receivable, credit control and payroll, to include (but not be limited to):
Raising and issuing invoices to clients
Credit control, i.

e.

, ensuring cash is collected on time
Raising purchase orders for the wider team o Entering invoices \/ receipts in the finance system (Quickbooks)
Managing supplier payments
Key Profile of Candidate Required:

2 years + in an office administration role, experience with QuickBooks would be great!

Adaptability
Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and IT
