Job Description

Owning the training plan for new and existing employees - Designing and implementing a training programme

Training will cover the improvement of pension knowledge, core business process skills and administrator communications with members. You will create the training content, deliver the programme and engage employees with their learning goals.

Deliver Training

Deliver and facilitate training sessions. Support internal experts in the delivery of their training. Guide our internal experts and people managers on training techniques to help them deliver interactive and effective sessions.
The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for someone with a passionate and creative approach to quality-focused training with a strong pension background. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high-quality and positive learning experience for our Partners.

What's on Offer
Pension Training Manager: £32,500.00 - £46,000.00 per annum
