About the role

This is a great opportunity to join a small team of competent, energised, and fun-loving professionals. As a member of the People Team, you will participate in realising the People agenda by supporting the Director in the provision of a range of professional people advisory services to managers and employees.

In this front line, generalist role, you will get involved in a wide range of activities including: ER, performance management and lifecycle processes (including, grievance, disciplinary, investigations, PIP, absence management, flexible working requests, maternity leave etc..), resourcing, engagement and organisational development projects. You will also be involved in ad hoc People projects such as reward and recognition, organisational change and restructuring (including individual and collective consultation processes).

About you

We are looking for an exceptional people's person, who thrives on making a difference by taking every event as a learning opportunity. You will be a highly grounded and motivated individual, with a track record of success in managing people related activities. You will be a natural communicator with a proven ability to build professional relationships with an aim to develop managers in doing things the right way - in line with policies and procedures and supporting employees to give their best work.
