People Manager

Location: London (homeworking flexibility) / Hybrid Working approach of being in the office at least twice weekly

Manager: Director of People and Talent

Role Purpose

You will support the Director of People and Talent by providing an excellent operational service to the business, acting as a key People first point of contact for colleagues across the organisation, supporting them through the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be multi-dimensional and full of variety! You will be involved in a wide range of People related activities which support our people.

Key priorities will include:

Responsible for the management, data accuracy and compliance of our People System (currently Breathe HR)
Assist our talent acquisition team with recruitment related administration
Own the colleague onboarding process, working with the Director of People & Talent to develop and maintain a best in class new colleague experience
Advise and support colleagues globally on a range of HR topics, typically related to contracts, benefits, leave, training etc.
Develop and maintain an HR dashboard and deliver ad hoc reports as needed
Maintenance of all employee files
Ensure that we have 100% employee files compliance - Right to Work documentation, contracts etc.
Administer learning and development requests
Maintain the People playbook and all workflows
Issue all colleague paperwork (contracts, letters) in a timely fashion

Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following knowledge, experience and skills:

Solid understanding of general HR policies, procedures
Basic knowledge of UK employment law (preferred)
Great attention to detail
Superior communication and people skills
Brilliantly organised and able to spin multiple plates
Great customer focus
