Plasterer (Waterproofing)

£170 - £180 day rate + Benefits

Edgware, North London Remote Based)

A new opportunity has arisen within one of the UKs leading Waterproofing Contractors, who are specialists in providing Basement Waterproofing, Damp & Timber solutions to a large portfolio of clients in the public and private sector. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Plasterer to join their team in London.

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for providing rendering/tanking services across a range of commercial and domestic properties located in London. You will have previous rendering, plastering and drylining experience and will have knowledge of the different types of waterproof renders used for internal work and external work. Previous damp proofing experience is highly desirable but but essential as training can be provided.

You will be working on a mixture of residential and commercial sites located across London, so having good transport links into London is essential.

The ideal applicant will possess:

Full UK driving license
Experience in damp proofing and/or waterproofing/tanking (not essential)
Experienced construction/building labourer
Valid CSCS card
Experience in plastering and rendering
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenThis is a full-time position and the successful Plasterer will receive a day rate between £170 - £180 (dependent on skills and experience) along with a fully expensed company vehicle, company pension scheme, mobile phone, and additional benefits.
