Job description

A University that are going through an exciting period of growth are looking to recruit a Policy Manager to join their Quality Assurance team.

This is a permanent role paying up to £38,000 per annum and offers a rewarding benefits package. The role offers scope for hybrid working and will be based at their brand new campus in London.

Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, you will contribute to the strengthening and development of the College's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with external regulations and implementation across College stakeholders. This will include:

* Producing policy documents and tracking the review and updating of policies and procedures, ensuring they are compliant with external regulators such as the OfS Regulatory Framework; OIA Good Practice Framework; and QAA UK Quality Code.
* Leading on the implementation of policies and procedures to all College stakeholders.
* Acting as Secretary to the Policy and Compliance Committee.

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experience:
* Knowledge and experience of regulatory frameworks in Higher Education
* Previous experience of working with external quality assurance agencies, professional bodies and/or collaborative partners.
* Experience of committee servicing
