Job description

Procurement Manager - Chinese speaking, location - London City

Duties:

1. Understanding business needs, sourcing for solutions, engaging with suppliers and finalizing the engagement with suppliers by contracting.
2. Leading supplier selection and contract negotiations for all services and products, organizing supplier selection process by holding cross functional reviews, including legal, financial and stakeholders.
3. Managing selection process by using bidding, negotiating tactics by presenting strategy report, selection/result report to the JRT ( Joint Review Team).
4. Full responsibility of supplier qualification and onboarding process. Maintain supplier information in SRM system, including bidding information, commercial information, contracts, SPE (supplier performance evaluation).
5. Negotiating contracts in accordance with best practice, identify contract risks and draft commercial terms assists the business in creating the SOW.
6. Leads on process improvement and drive ad Hoc procurement projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve the annual projects budget plan.
7. Ensure the relevant internal compliance and process is adopted across all categories within remit. Conduct quarterly reviews of procurement process making recommendations for improvement with appropriate practices.
8. Acting as a procurement advisor and trusted partner to internal customers
9. Responsible for PO processing and payment coordination and other purchase-to-pay
"1.Sound knowledge and proven experience for indirect categories including IT,consulting services, HR services, facilities, marketing reports etc.
2.Excellent undstanding of sourcing, category management, contract management and supplier management.
3.Good understanding of international trade and financial industry
4.Good understanding about business administration
5.Good understanding of P2P process"
"1.Excellent written and oral communication skills and be comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations
2.Strong data analytical, management, presentation and reporting skills
3.Effective negotiator- must have gravitas along with energy and drive
4.Good skill of using e-bidding system, including darting RFI RFQ awarding letter.
5.Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint"

"1.At least 4 years of working experience.
2. Work for indirect procurement for recent 2 years (optional, preferred), but be willing to work for procurement"
