Job description

My client a communications agency who are known for working with challenger brands are looking for a Producer to join their team. This is an ambitious and rapidly growing PR and social media agency with a host of great clients. They have built a creative department who work across the whole agency, with this in mind they are looking for an experienced producer to assist in driving creative, production and operations in the team.

Key responsibilities:

- Run the briefing process and lead on the creation of output of work through the studio.

- Ensuring there is sufficient resource allocated across the studio and creative teams.

- Producing and managing creative workflow.

- Reviewing costing and negotiating costs when necessary.

- Using best practices around usage and licensing.

Key experience:

- Excellent project management skills in an agency environment.

- Strong understanding of the creative process.

- Experience with digital content and events production.

- If you have done traffic management previously that would be beneficial.

- Must have a high level of attention to detail and know what good looks like so that the agency achieves excellent output.

Salary

£40-45k
