Our clients collection of stationery products, from notebooks & diaries to notecards and wedding invitations, is designed to feed curiosity and contemplation, to invite people to uncover the possibility of a blank page.

What's the job?

We are now looking for an experienced CRO Analyst to join our close-knit Product team, and help us achieve our mission to inspire people to connect with each other more often and in more meaningful ways.

You'll bring a deeply inquisitive mindset, and curiosity about customer behaviour from a CRO or Product Analyst background, to support the CRO Manager in scaling our clients experimentation strategy.

Together you'll work to provide the wider Product Team with actionable data insight that will improve user experience and significantly impact business goals, as we seek to redefine the stationery sector.

What will you do?

Day to day, you will:

  • Identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and conversion rates through quantitative research
  • Propose bold, insight-driven hypotheses to feed into our experimentation pipeline.
  • Work closely with tech team in development and execution of A/B/n experiments
  • Analyse and evaluate A/B/n test results, reporting on results and proposing follow-up test concepts
  • Use web and behavioural analytics tools including Looker and Contentsquare to support the wider Product Team with actionable data insight
  • Assess and monitor site changes that have impact on conversion rates, providing advice to key stakeholders
  • Drive and encourage data-driven decision making within the wider business

Requirements

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a CRO or product analyst function
  • Are deeply curious about customer behaviour
  • Are creative in your approach to problem solving
  • Have experience in (and enjoy getting!) data insight using tools like Google Analytics, Looker and Contentsquare.
  • Have ideally worked in an agency or E-commerce environment
  • Are a self-starter, and proactive in finding opportunities for further research
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating insight to stakeholders across the business
  • Are experienced in optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing using tools such as Optimizely, VWO or Google Optimize
