Job Overview
We are iCIMS Talent Cloud AI, a team of product people, data scientists and software engineers, who created a collaborative environment centered around passion for people and their careers, as well as data science and user experiences. Our culture feeds from innovation and owning the outcomes for our stakeholders. In this role, you'll support product development for Talent Cloud AI. You'll work in close collaboration with Senior Product leads and take ownership of specific roadmap items. With the opportunity to shape data science-driven talent acquisition solutions, you'll learn and grow as you work collaboratively with experienced software engineers and data scientists to deploy machine learning and state of the art learning across the Talent Cloud portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Support the AI/ML product roadmap and the Senior Product/Portfolio Leads and help bring to market innovative AI/ML features, within the iCIMS product portfolio.
- Prioritize and drive selected items on the AI/ML product development through complete product lifecycle from roadmap creation, requirements gathering, development, QA, and feature enhancements in partnership with other product teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as product owner with a team of data scientists and software engineers; translating our roadmap into a product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and product requirements for the team to execute.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements and risks to both data science and development teams, as well as and the business.
- Encourage a thriving working environment, where knowledge sharing and mentorship are valued.
- Lead the agile delivery of AI/ML experiments and integrations of these models into user facing applications.
- Work directly with other product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve Talent Cloud AI offerings.
- Use customer feedback, metrics, and competitive analysis to determine new features and ongoing enhancements.
- Interact with current and potential Fortune 1000 customers to demo products and gather user feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in a product owner role
- Experience with JIRA and product management tools like Aha! & Confluence
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Proven track record of defining, building, and releasing SaaS offerings that drive ROI
- Experience in a start-up or enterprise software environment, personal interest in product management, user experience and design
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with little oversight
- Comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of independently developing creative solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
