As part of the Regional Sales Business Process Re-engineering team (BPR), and broader WW BPR group, the Product Manager will manage a suite of systems and tools that enable our world-class Sales teams and Channel partners. This role will be focused primarily on our CRM applications partnering with our Enterprise, Government and Education sales teams working with our largest customers. We are looking for an effective communicator who is detail oriented, proactive, and capable of thinking strategically. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital transformation and working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.Key QualificationsIn depth knowledge in product management of deploying enterprise grade systems at scaleExperience owning a product strategy and defining product roadmapsProficient in business analysis and process improvementAbility to approach projects analytically; experience making data-driven decisions requiredStrong communication skills across project and leadership teamsAbility to manage complex, multi-track product development projectsAbility to set and define business priorities based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, problems and objectivesWorking knowledge of Salesforce is preferredDescription- Manage a portfolio that supports efficient and scalable sales operations - Align cross functional stakeholders on priorities within and across multiple products within the portfolio - Work closely with worldwide teams to represent our region informing and influencing decision making on data and systems - Ensure integrity of the end user experience and track adoption - Lead business readiness and change management efforts for implementation of new applications and releases - Lead cross-functional communications with Sales Operations and worldwide teams - Experience with agile methodologies in software developmentEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business / Computer Science / Marketing / Industrial Engineering preferredAdditional Requirements
