Program Co-ordinator - What Works Cities program (12 month FTC)
London (office/remote)
Salary: c£35,000 FTE. Dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid working: based in the London office, with a mix of working remotely and flexibly. There will be calls later in the day UK time. You will have flexibility to structure your working hours accordingly.
Scope: This is a one year fixed term contract with the likelihood of extending by two further years in line with the 3 year What Works Cities program

Role overview
Public Digital is delighted to be working with Johns Hopkins University (JHU), in partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies, to deliver technical assistance as part of the wider What Works Cities program.
This is an opportunity to support delivery of our program of technical assistance to cities across Canada, the US and LATAM.
You will work closely with the Program Director, liaising and co-ordinating with stakeholders in the program and in cities and support our team of expert digital delivery practitioners.
What you'll do for us:
- Be responsible for organising meetings, workshops and events as required by the Program Director
- Support in running our relationships with cities including organising regular check-ins.
- Support the running of virtual and live workshops
- Support the smooth running of the team as required
- Ensure actions and follow-ups are recorded effectively and communicated across the team
