Project Manager (Client Lifecycle)

Job description

An Investment Bank in London is looking for a Project Manager to work on a programme aimed at transforming their Client Lifecycle process. This role will focus on the development and management of two key workstreams: client outreach and client revenue governance.

Typical responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordinating project planning, oversight of documentation and sign offs, tracking and delivery of activities, and working according to the prescribed project governance framework
• Responsible for co-ordinating, planning and executing analytical tasks, including documentation of business and functional requirements and operating model
• Management of 1-2 junior BAs
• Analysis & documentation of current data, structure and associated processes, and identification of gaps and issues
• Determination of clear remediation requirements and execution thereof where appropriate
• Proposal and preparation of future state processes, controls, operating models and MI
• Documentation of detailed business requirements and/or functional specifications for technology changes or developments
• Assessment and management of risks and issues: clear documentation and appropriate escalation
• Detailed understanding and appropriate prioritisation of issues, and delivery of requirements
• Establish and lead Working Groups, as appropriate, and escalate issues via the appropriate project and programme governance structures
• Both attend and lead frequent meetings with the Project Team, Technology, SMEs and stakeholder
• Take accurate meeting minutes, record all actions and follow these to conclusion

Required experience:

• Experience of working on major change programmes within an investment bank
• Strong Project Management delivery skills
• Experience / working knowledge of working with Sales / Client Data / Client Onboarding / Client Outreach
