Job industry: I.T. & Communications

Job description

Our client is a branding and design agency with a great name in the industry. They've got a top range of clients, a supportive and hands-on management team, and an excellent track record for delivering highly creative work across brand design, strategy, and digital design projects. They are looking for a project manager to join their delivery team to focus on branding projects.

Culture wise they have a polished but personable and refreshingly honest approach to working with their clients, while internally they are extremely collaborative, both within and between teams. They are currently spending 40% of their time in the office, one fixed, one flexible, though people are more than welcome to go in more if they prefer!

What You'll Be Doing It's a classic digital project management role. You'll be working closely with the rest of the digital team (which includes designers, UXers and devs), along with the wider client and project delivery team.

You'll predominantly be delivering web build, digital transformation and app design projects. Your day to day will include the usual project management skill set of scoping, budgeting, and scheduling work along with managing the project through the delivery and production phase.

As the agency are relatively boutique you will be client facing throughout, but you won't be expected to grow accounts or build relationships;
that's what the client partners are for. The team around you will include several other highly experienced digital project managers (one of whom I placed in the business and is enjoying working there), a brilliant head of delivery, and a great design team.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with experience in the effective delivery of digital projects and platforms, ideally in a design or digital agency but other backgrounds can be relevant!

Good knowledge of a range of PM tools and both waterfall and agile is helpful.Being comfortable with being client facing is important, so well developed communications skills will go a long way for this one. All the usual personality traits apply - we are after somebody who wants to roll their sleeves up and muck in with a tight knit, highly collaborative team.

If this sounds like the project management role for you then get in touch now at If is isn't for you, take a look at the other jobs we've got live - no doubt there will be something of interest!
