As the National Metrology Institute, NPL is making a difference in ways that help to combat issues on a global scale - such as tackling climate change, enabling earlier disease diagnosis and innovation in healthcare, and supporting the development of new digital technologies and infrastructure.A member of the leadership team, responsible for the development and delivery of the Quality Assurance strategy and driving a quality mindset within the leadership team and across the organisation. Provide leadership to ensure NPL's mission, strategy and plans are articulated and understood internally and externally for your areas of the business, that employees and partners are excited by, engaged with and focused on its successful delivery to maximise impact & growth.You have experience in leading the development of a Quality Assurance strategy and deployment. Through your inspirational leadership, you find it easy to engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of a quality mindset within the Organization, directly and through the wider team.
