Provide leadership to ensure NPL's mission, strategy and plans are articulated and understood internally and externally for your areas of the business, that employees and partners are excited by, engaged with and focused on its successful delivery to maximise impact & growth.You have experience in leading the development of a Quality Assurance strategy and deployment. Through your inspirational leadership, you find it easy to engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of a quality mindset within the Organization, directly and through the wider team.
