Job Description
The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst - AML who will be based in London will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for completing all components of the Quality Assurance program
  • The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst will collect all data required to execute the reviews and will document the reviews in the manner described,
  • Preparation, delivery and update of Annual QA Schedule
  • Providing Quality Assurance over AML Controls in compliance with Annual QA Schedule and applicable Policies and Procedures: Sampling customer on-boarding and customer refresh documentation (under standardized template and plan) to determine compliance to Business Line KYC Program standards;
  • Preparing Quality Assurance metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs) for the Quality Assurance findings;
  • Escalate any material concerns, issues and deficiencies in a timely manner to the Director
  • Collaborate with business lines, AML, Compliance and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain robust processes and procedures. Work with team members and stakeholders to implement new procedures to meet and exceed internal/external audit standards
The Successful Applicant
The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst - AML will be responsible for:
  • Minimum of 3 years in Financial Services and/or AML/ATF Compliance;
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, Law, Audit or equivalent working experience;
  • Recognised knowledge of current and anticipated regulatory frameworks impacting client onboarding knowledge of KYC/AML requirements;
  • Knowledge of businesses, products, operations, systems, and organisation;
  • Proficient with Excel, Power Point with strong experience in data analytics
  • Must be able to operate effectively within a stressful environment with changing priorities and tight time frames which are closely scrutinised by Senior Management
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, relationship management, time management, analytical, project management and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
What's on Offer
Salary of £45,000 to £50,000 plus attractive benefits package
