Job description
*Reactive Maintenance Supervisor*
*Westminster *
Skanska seek to recruit a Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to manage a multi-disciplined team responsible for ensuring all works under their remit are completed in line with statutory and contract obligations, as well as to meet the business performance and output needs that are described within the contract SLA.
This role is one of three operational delivery teams that are expected to work closely to provide an optimised flexibility of working, with each team capable of providing cross support.
*You'll: *
* Line manage the Reactive Works but be flexible to manage other operational workstreams.
* Deliver works in adherence to set engineering standards and in accordance with HASAWA requirement.
* Actively participate in the operation and control of engineering planned maintenance scheme and to ensure the completion all report sheets and test certificates where necessary.
* Consult with Client & building users to ensure minimum inconvenience / disruption whilst planned & unplanned maintenance work is in progress or scheduled to be carried out.
* Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Defence Estates Publications.
* Carry out Fault Finding and plant adjustments.
* Check and inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems.
* Manage planned maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
*We are looking for*:
* Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Level 2 or NVQ Level 3
* BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability desirable.
* Health and Safety Training and Specialist training i.e. Water Treatment Systems or similar is desirable.
* Ability to hold and maintain DV STRAP security clearance.
* Forward thinking pro-active approach. Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and clients at varying levels.
* Experience in managing client and customer relationships is required.
