Job Description

As a start-up we run a relatively lean operation. As such our Summer Analysts will be integral members of our team. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, market research and supporting the team on transaction execution. You will also be required to produce content focusing on sustainability in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Creating financial models;
• Gathering market data and providing reports to the senior team to support valuing and pricing transactions;
• Preparing investment memoranda for internal and external use;
• Assisting with due diligence on transactions;
• Producing sustainability content for Millemont.

Qualifications / Requirements

• You must be in your penultimate or final year of university or a recent graduate.
• You must have achieved, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 or above in a financial, numerical or real estate degree. We do, however, genuinely take into account mitigating circumstances;
• Demonstrable interest in sustainability is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Effective and concise written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel;
• Proactive, can-do attitude and self-starter;
• Ability to work under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.

The Internship is a paid position and will run for two months in summer 2022.
