Summary
"When you choose to join us, you're choosing more than just a job…. you're choosing to make a difference"

We are looking for Recovery Worker to join us at a time of exciting development and transformation across our London service partnership in Islington.

You will be an integral member of our dynamic treatment team working closely with the Team Managers across the partnership, providing help for a range of complex needs including drug and alcohol use, facilitating access to treatment and support for themselves and their families. You will be providing targeted support, from brief interventions through to structured treatment, ensuring that every recovery journey is tailored to individual priorities. We take a "whole person" holistic approach, offering advice, support and practical assistance to ensure that every service user's package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.

By joining our teams of passionate individuals, you will be contributing to making this happen. You can really make the difference by believing in our service users and their ability to make positive changes when they don't always believe in themselves.

If you are looking for a role where you can develop your existing skills and learn something new every day. We are keen to hear from you if you have relevant experience and/or are a graduate in the field of Health, Social Care, and the Social Sciences.
